Minimum Surgery or Dental Deposit: $20
Thank you for submitting your request for a surgery appointment or request for services at LHVC. If you are not requesting a surgery, you are welcome to come in any time Monday – Friday between 9am – 12pm. Staff will be in touch to confirm your appointment needs and schedule a time/date accordingly. The $20 deposit will be deducted from your grand total at the time of your appointment. If we are unable to accommodate your pet’s needs, the $20 deposit will be refunded to you. Once we confirm all of your information and have you scheduled, we will email you a surgical consent form. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact us.

Before Surgery
Do not feed your pet any food after 10:00 pm the night before surgery
Water Access:
Your pet should not have water taken away from them, but access to small amounts the day of surgery.
Required Information:
Proof of current rabies vaccination is required If your pet has already been vaccinated against rabies, bring the original, signed rabies certificate to the clinic with you. A rabies tag is not acceptable proof of vaccination. If you do not have proof of rabies vaccination, we will vaccinate your pet at an additional cost of a regularly priced Rabies vaccine.
Other Medical Information:
We recommend that you email or bring any other medical records with you to help us determine your pet’s other vaccination and health needs, but it’s not a requirement. Please see the vaccine and service costs on our Vaccination Services page.
