Thank You – TNR Submission

Thank you for submitting a form for TNR services! A LHVC team member will contact you to confirm your appointment.

This is your confirmation that you have submitted a request for Feral Cat TNR services. Those services will include spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, and ear tip.  Click HERE for more information about why ear tipping is needed for feral cats. This form is not meant to be complete for a personal pet. If you have submitted the incorrect form and are needing to schedule a personal pet for spay/neuter, you can find our vet assistance request form HERE.

Drop off:

You can drop the cat(s) off Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 8:30am. Cats must be in a trap or carrier, and each cat must be housed in their own container.

Pick Up:

Cats will need to be picked up between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm the day of surgery. Should you not pick up your feral cat(s) by 5:00pm the day of surgery, the cat(s) will be turned over to the Collin County Animal Shelter unless prior arrangements have been made.
